Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. They describe your rights and responsibilities when using Sacral Calibration.

Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Sacral Calibration, including our website, mobile apps, authentication flows, subscriptions, and related services.
By creating an account, signing in, purchasing a subscription, or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Sacral Calibration.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sacral Calibration. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with consent from a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining access to and security of the email, Google, Apple, and device accounts you use to sign in.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for the service, or are used for fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.

Sacral Calibration provides self-reflection and practice tools built around present-moment questions, yes/no responses, decks, session history, preferences, and related features.
The app is provided for personal wellness, reflection, and educational use. It is not a medical device, therapy service, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional care.
You are responsible for how you interpret and act on your responses. Do not rely on the app for emergency, medical, mental health, financial, legal, or other professional decisions.

Some features may require a paid subscription, trial, special access grant, app store entitlement, or other active premium status.
Prices, billing intervals, trial availability, included features, and renewal terms are shown before purchase and may vary by platform, region, or promotion.
Web purchases are processed by Stripe. If the app is offered through Apple App Store or Google Play, purchases may be processed by Apple or Google. Your payment processor or app store may apply additional terms.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date through the billing portal, Apple App Store, Google Play, or the purchase flow that applies to your subscription.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewal but does not automatically delete your account or previously created session data.

Refund eligibility depends on where you purchased. App Store and Google Play purchases are handled under Apple or Google refund rules.
For web subscriptions processed through Stripe, contact us if you believe there was an error or exceptional circumstance. We may grant or deny refunds at our discretion unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Your app activity may include responses, selected decks, calibration sessions, session timing, preferences, and related account data.
You retain any rights you have in information you submit or create through the app. You grant us permission to host, process, store, display, and use that information as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve Sacral Calibration.
You agree not to submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful content, or use the app in a way that interferes with other users or our systems.

Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, probe, or bypass the app, authentication systems, payment systems, rate limits, or security controls.
Do not use Sacral Calibration to violate laws, infringe rights, impersonate others, distribute malware, harvest data, or attempt unauthorized access.
Do not resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app unless we have given you written permission.

Sacral Calibration, including its design, software, branding, decks, questions, audio, text, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose.
No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Sacral Calibration relies on third-party services for functions such as authentication, email delivery, hosting, database infrastructure, cloud storage, audio generation, payment processing, and app distribution.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services except where required by law.

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, plans, decks, pricing, or access to Sacral Calibration at any time.
We try to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
We may update the app automatically or require updates to continue using certain features.

Sacral Calibration is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not guarantee that the app will produce any particular outcome, insight, improvement, or result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sacral Calibration and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the app or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid to us for Sacral Calibration in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 USD if you paid nothing.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sacral Calibration and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the app, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using Sacral Calibration at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or misuse the service.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions.

We may update these Terms as Sacral Calibration changes. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required by law.
Your continued use of the app after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
