Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Sacral Calibration collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our website, mobile apps, authentication flows, subscriptions, and related services.

Information We Collect

  • Account information, such as your email address, name, profile image, sign-in provider, verification status, and account creation dates.
  • Authentication information needed to keep you signed in, including secure session records and OAuth account identifiers from Google or Apple when you choose those sign-in methods.
  • App activity you create, including selected decks, calibration sessions, question responses, response timing, completion status, session history, and app preferences such as sound, haptics, session length, and stalled-card behavior.
  • Subscription and entitlement information, including Stripe customer IDs, subscription IDs, product and price IDs, subscription status, renewal status, trial dates, and billing-period dates. We do not store full payment card numbers.
  • Technical information that may be generated when you use the app, such as request metadata, device or browser information, error logs, and security logs collected by our hosting and infrastructure providers.

How We Use Information

  • To create and secure your account, authenticate sign-ins, send email verification codes, and prevent unauthorized access.
  • To provide the core Sacral Calibration experience, including decks, sessions, responses, history, preferences, onboarding, and subscription-gated features.
  • To process purchases, manage subscriptions, confirm trial or premium access, and provide billing support.
  • To maintain, debug, protect, and improve the app, including investigating errors, abuse, fraud, and service availability issues.
  • To communicate with you about account access, security, transactions, support requests, and important service updates.

Sign In With Google and Apple

  • If you use Google or Apple to sign in, we receive the account information those providers share with us, typically your email address, name, profile image, and a provider account identifier.
  • We use that information only to authenticate you, create or connect your Sacral Calibration account, and maintain your session. We do not use Google or Apple sign-in data for advertising.
  • Your use of Google or Apple sign-in is also governed by the privacy policies and account controls provided by Google and Apple.

Payments and App Store Purchases

  • Web subscription checkout and customer billing portals are powered by Stripe. Stripe processes payment details directly and shares subscription status, customer IDs, and transaction-related metadata with us.
  • If Sacral Calibration is offered through the Apple App Store or Google Play with in-app purchases, Apple or Google may process the purchase and share purchase or entitlement information needed to unlock paid features.
  • Payment processors and app stores handle payment information under their own privacy policies and terms.

When We Share Information

  • We share information with service providers that help us operate the app, including authentication, email delivery, database hosting, application hosting, cloud storage, payment processing, and security services.
  • We may share information when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Sacral Calibration, our users, or others.
  • We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Wellness and Session Data

  • Sacral Calibration is a self-reflection and practice app. Your responses to yes/no questions may reveal information about your preferences, feelings, routines, or wellness context.
  • The app is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. Do not use the app as a substitute for professional care.

Data Retention and Deletion

  • We keep account, session, preference, and subscription records for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and support billing records.
  • You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
  • You can also manage or cancel paid subscriptions through the billing portal, Apple App Store, or Google Play, depending on where you purchased.

Security

  • We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including provider-based authentication, limited admin access, and secure infrastructure practices.
  • No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please keep your email, Google, Apple, and device accounts secure and contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

  • Sacral Calibration is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
  • If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
